Ingredients

Mousse

  • 1 cup Cocoyo coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt for dairy version)
  • 3 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)

Toppings

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (dust on top)
  • Toasted sliced almonds
  • Fresh berries

Instructions

Almond Butter Protein Mousse

  1. Add all mousse ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
