Protein Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (about 45 calories per cup)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop Truvani protein powder or similar protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 fresh blackberries

Instructions
Make the Oatmeal
- Add the oats and coconut milk to a microwave-safe bowl and stir together.
- Microwave uncovered for 90 seconds.
- Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and stir.
- Stir in the almond butter and protein powder until completely mixed and creamy.
- Top with the 3 blackberries.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top and serve warm.
