INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Cocoyo coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt for dairy version)
- 3 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon or 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
TOPPINGS
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (dust on top)
- Toasted sliced almonds
- Fresh berries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Divide into two jars or bowls.
- Chill 30 minutes for a thicker mousse texture (recommended).
- Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder and add toppings.
