INGREDIENTS
Spicy Chicken- • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- • 1 tbsp avocado oil
- • 1 tsp smoked paprika
- • 1 tsp garlic powder
- • 1 tsp onion powder
- • 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for more heat)
- • 1/2 tsp sea salt
- • 1/4 tsp black pepper
- • Juice of 1/2 lime
- • 1 ripe avocado
- • Juice of 1 lime
- • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- • 1 small garlic clove
- • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- • 1–2 tbsp water (to thin)
- • Sea salt & black pepper to taste
- • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Spicy Chicken – Skillet- 1. In a bowl, toss chicken with avocado oil, spices, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- 3. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- 1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Toss chicken with oil, spices, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until cooked and slightly crispy.
- 1. Add all dip ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- 3. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- 4. Serve chicken hot with dip on the side.
